Welcome to The Distillery District
The Distillery Districts’ traditional brick-paved streets and lanes are only open to pedestrians and cyclists. All motor vehicle traffic is restricted to the surrounding streets and parking areas. This unique feature is largly responsible for the areas popular traditional charm.
Chairs and tables line the cobblestoned streets for general use, as well as formal patios for some of the area's most popular coffee houses and restaurant destinations. Trinity Street is the widest street in the locale and often functions as a public square for events such as artisan markets and the highly celebrated outdoor Christmas Market.
The areas historical origins have been beautifully preserved and the new wave of modern day living blends seamlessly, making the Distillery District one of Toronto’s most unique locations to live.
